In the previous article, we discussed the importance of deity worship (arcana) in Gaudiya Vaishnavism as a means to cultivate personal devotion, discipline the senses, and deepen one’s relationship with Śrī Kṛṣṇa. While these principles are rooted in śāstra and theology, their true beauty becomes most evident when we see how deity worship is lived and experienced by practicing devotees.
To illustrate this, let us consider the example of Braj Kishori ji from West Virginia who worships Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Brajamohan and Giridhāri in a home setting. She has been performing the seva for deities for about 20 years with dedication and love. For such a devotee, the deities are not decorative objects or ritual obligations; they are the center of daily life. The devotee structures the day around the Lord’s service—waking early, offering food prepared with care, chanting before the deities, and concluding the day with prayers and remembrance. Through these repeated acts of service, the relationship with the Lord becomes intimate, personal, and steady.
Here are the few pictures of the Lords.

Thank you Braj Kishori ji for sharing these beautiful pictures of deities with us. Radhe Radhe!
